This product offers upto 40 years mortgage term, including five years with special conditions. With them you can sell your existing property in Spain after buying the new one, because you get all the money you need for the new property and for your existing mortgage.

This is how the product can work for you:

Option 1:

During the 3 first months, there is nothing to pay. We transfer directly this to the end of the mortgage.
For the 4th to the 24th month, your quote will be the monthly payment of your last mortgage. For Example: Even if you get €700.000 and the valuation of your old property is €400.000 you pay only the amount of the €300.000,- mortgage.
You pay interest only upto the 5th year

Option 2:

You get 5 years of interest only payments.

There is no cancellation fee during these 5 years! - So you can move to your new house and sell calmly the existing one. As soon as it is sold, the money will be introduced into the mortgage and will reduce your costs.

Because it is a double guaranteed product, you can get 100% mortgage of your second property even being non resident.
